Lead Instructional Designer and Technical Instructor

Serve as Lead Instructional Designer—focusing on workforce development, client relations, and program development—for manufacturer of mass-storage products and services.

Design, implement and present blended learning solutions that enhance product line. Develop corporate strategy for enacting global e-learning applications. Teach and mentor instructors to improve their course design and presentation skills. Provide post-sales training for customer-support and client-services teams worldwide. Present technical training in support of Sun’s storage products. Collaborate with engineering teams and OEM partners.
